Binance to Launch REI 1-75x Perpetual Contracts
As reported by The Bit Journal, Binance continues to make headlines with its listing announcements. According to the latest official statement, Binance will launch the REIUSDT perpetual contract with a maximum of 75x leverage on September 27 at 14:00 UTC. In their announcement, Binance stated:
“Dear Binancians, to expand the trading options available on Binance Futures and enhance users’ trading experience, we will be launching the REIUSDT perpetual contract with up to 75x leverage on September 27, 2024, at 14:00 UTC.”
Following this news, the price of REI skyrocketed from $0.06 to $0.73 in a matter of hours. At the time of writing, the token is still rising, trading at $0.72 with a daily increase of about 22%. Additionally, REI’s trading volume surged by an astonishing 370%, showcasing intense interest from investors and traders.

Binance Announces Worldcoin Futures Contract
Binance also made an official announcement about launching a futures contract for Worldcoin (WLD) on October 2, 2024, at 13:00 UTC. Users will be able to trade the WLDUSD COIN-M perpetual contract with up to 20x leverage. This move aims to enhance the platform’s trading offerings. However, it was noted that the token will not support multi-asset mode.
Binance, as usual, mentioned that it may adjust parameters such as funding fees, tick size, and maximum leverage based on future market conditions. These potential changes aim to adapt to market risks while maintaining trading opportunities for users.
